Computer, or Printer
You can enhance your enjoyment of images and movies by connecting the 
camera to a TV, computer, or printer.
• Before connecting the camera to an external device, make sure the 
remaining battery level is sufficient and turn the camera off. Before 
disconnecting, make sure to turn the camera off.

Viewing images on a TVE13
Images and movies captured with the camera can be viewed 
on a TV.
Connection method: Connect th e video and audio plugs of 
the optional Audio Vi deo Cable EG-CP16 (E81) to the TV’s 
input jacks. Alternatively, co nnect a commercially available 
HDMI cable to the TV’s HDMI input jack.

Install ViewNX 2 to upload, view, edit, and share photos and movies.
Installing ViewNX 2
An Internet connection is required. For system requirements and other 
information, see the Nikon website for your region.
1Download the ViewNX 2 installer.
Start the computer and down load the installer from:
http://nikonimglib.com/nvnx/
2Double-click the downloaded file.

Transferring Images to the Computer
1Choose how images will be copied to the computer.
Choose one of the following methods:
• Direct USB connection: Turn the camera off and ensure that the memory 
card is inserted in the camera. Connect the camera to the computer using 
the USB cable. The camera automatically turns on.

Viewing Images Captured with Easy Panorama
Switch to playback mode ( A32), display an 
image captured using easy panorama in full-
frame playback mode, and then press the  k 
button to scroll the image in the direction that 
was used when shooting.
• Rotate the multi selector to scroll forward or 
backward quickly.
