4. MOVING THE MACHINE

5-1 Fitting the Header Assembly
The Header Assembly has a forward centre of gravit y, so it is important that at
least  
two peopl e are used to fit or remove the Header Assembl y.
The fitting position of the Header Assembly is very high, and it is impo\
rtant 
that a means of reaching the height safely, without stretching, is available.
(e.g. steps, step stool etc.) 
1. Place the header on to the monitor cabinet and slide it forwards so that\
 it engages under the fixing brackets at the front....

5-2 Adjusting the Level Adjusters
1. When the monitor cabinet is in its final position, lower the four (4) level
adjusters with a spanner so that the machine is level and all castors are
raised from the floor by approx. 5mm. Tighten the lock nuts with a
spanner to ensure that the level adjusters do not move.
Note: If the location site of this machine has a polished floor it is
recommended that rubber pads are fitted under the level adjusters to
prevent the machine sliding on the floor when in...

3. Retain the coin tower to the joint box with 4off hex head screws (M8x20),
flat and spring washers.
4. Connect the connector and refit the joint box cover plate with 4 off security screw (M5x12).
5.  Adjust the level adjusters on the coin tower so that the coin tower is stable and level with the monitor cabinet. ( see section 5-2 page 37)

Page 39 5-4 Fitting the Pedal Assembly
1. Fit, finger tight only, the joint brackets to the coin tower, with
4off security button head screw (M5x12).
2. Place the pedal assembly close to the coin tower and connect the
connector.
3. Fit the pedal assembly inside the joint brackets, taking care not to trap
any wires and fit, finger tight, the 4off security button head screws
(M5x12).
4. Ensure that the pedal assembly is flat on the ground and tighten fully the
4off security button head screws (M5x12) and...

Page 40 5-5 Linking two Machines
1. Switch both machines off.
2. Remove 2off pozi head screws (M5x12) and remove the Link Cover
Bracket.
3. Fit the Link Cables (supplied) as shown in the following diagram.
4. Refit the Link Cover Bracket with the 2off pozi head screws (M5x12).
