4. MOVING THE MACHINE
WARNING •NEVER turn the power to the machine ON until 
installation has been completed.
WARNING • In order to prevent possible electric shocks, be sure that the machine is connected to the mains with a
securely connected earthed plug.
WARNING • So that customers are not injured , ensure that there is at least 500mm separation between other machines or
walls.
CAUTION • In  order to avoid damage to the machine due to mis-
operation, ensure that the voltage of the mains supply is
230volts AC.
5. INSTALLATION
Notes on Installation
NOTE • If the location site of this machine has a polished floor it is recommended that rubber pads are fitted under the level 
adjusters to prevent the machine sliding on the floor.
• In order to gain access to the Power Supply and CPU assemblies, make sure that the rear of the machine is
separated from a wall or other machine by at least 500mm.
• When installation is complete, it is imperative that the game is initialized.  (See section 6-3-3-2 page  49)
This machine is fitted with castors to make it easier to move. Take care\
 when 
moving the machine on an inclined surface.
The overall height of the machine is 2310mm. Take care of any overhead 
obstructions. (e.g. Light Fittings, Electric Cables etc.)
When moving the game, ensure that the game is dis-assembled into 4 parts\
: 
Monitor Assemblies, Coin Tower, and Header Assembly.

5-1 Joining the Monitor (L) and (R) Assemblies
1. Place the monitor (L) and (R) assemblies together in their final location
and lower the eight, (4 on each monitor), level adjusters until the castors
are raised approx 5mm from the ground.
NOTE:- When adjusting the level adjusters, ensure that the top and front faces of
the monitor assemblies are level with each other.
Poor adjustment will prevent the fitting of the Joint Assy and Header Assy.
Note: If the location site of this machine has a polished floor it is recommended
that rubber pads are fitted under the level adjusters to prevent the
machine sliding on the floor when in use.

2. Fit the joint bracket with the supplied 4off flange socket head screws
(M8x20)
3. Fit the supplied 4off flange socket head screws (M8x40) to the front of
both monitor (L) and (R) assemblies finger tight, leaving a clearance of
approx. 5mm. 
						

							Page 38 4. Fit the joint assy, (shipped with Header Assy), to the monitors and tighten
the 4off flange socket head screws (M8x40).
5. Pull the loom connectors from the monitor assemblies.

5-2 Fitting the Header Assembly
The Header Assembly has a forward centre of gravity, so it is important \
that at 
least 
two people are used to fit or remove the Header Assembly.
The fitting position of the Header Assembly is very high, and it is impo\
rtant 
that a means of reaching the height safely, without stretching, is avail\
able.
(e.g. steps, step stool etc.) 
1. Remove 2off tork screws (M5x15) and remove the connector cover. 
2. Place the header on to the monitor cabinets and slide it backwards so th\
at it engages under the fixing brackets at the back.
3. Connect the connector, and refit the connector cover using the 2off tork\
 screws (M5x15).
4. Retain the header in position with supplied 4off hex head screws (M6x30\
), flat and spring washers, and supplied washers C. 
						

							Page 40 5-3 Fitting the Coin Tower
1. Place the coin tower up to the Joint Assy.
2. Fit the supplied 4off flange socket head screws (M8x20)  to fix the Coin
tower to the Joint Assy.
3. Pull the harness out from the coin tower.
4. Connect the six connectors.
5. Fit the joint cover using 4off tork screws (M5x12).
