After firing the gun aiming is now set, and the screen will return to the original ‘Gun Initialize’ screen. 8. Aim and fire the gun at the screen to check the new gun aiming. If the aiming is correct press the Up Select sw and Enter switch together to return to the ‘I/O Test’ screen. REMOVING AND REPLACING ASSEMBLIES AND PARTS 7-1 Removing the Monitor from the Monitor Base The monitor is heavy. approx 100kg At least five (5) people are required to remove the monitor. 1. Remove the 4off pozi head screws (M5x35) and remove the front cover. 2. Disconnect the two connectors and then remove the 2off hex head screws (M10x130), spring washers and square flat washers

Page 58 3. Remove the 2off pozi head screws (M5x30) and remove the cover strip. 4. Remove 2off pozi head screws (M5x30), unlock and remove the rear door. 5. Remove the 2off hex head screws (M10x130), spring washers and square flat washers. 6. Lift the Monitor approx 10cm from the monitor base and then move it forwards or backwards clear of the monitor base. Note: When placing the monitor on to the floor or replacing on to the monitor base, take care not to trap hands or fingers.

Page 59 7-2 Replacing the Fluorescent Tube or Starter 1. Remove 4off tork screw (M5x15) and remove the top retaining bracket and header acrylic. 2. Replace the fluorescent tube or starter. 3. Refit the header acrylic and top retaining bracket.

Page 60 7-3 Replacing the Pedal Switch 1. Remove 4off security screw (M5x12) and remove the switch cover plate. 2. Remove 2off pozi head screw (M3x16) and remove the switch. When replacing the switch, ensure that the wires are fitted to the correct terminals. 3. Slacken the 2off whizztite nuts (M4) and adjust the microswitch bracket so that the switch plunger operates the switch correctly without bending the switch lever against the switch body. 4.
