    							Page 51 5-1 Removing the Play Panel
    1. Remove 5off security screw (M6x16)
    2. Lift the play panel away from the cabinet only sufficiently to disconnect the
    connectors.
    3. Remove the play panel.
    4. Reassemble in reverse order, taking care not to trap any wires.

    5-2  Replacing the  Start Lamp / Switch
    1.   Remove the Play Panel.  (see section 5-1  page 51)
    2.   Remove the switch assembly from the switch body by pulling the switch as\
    sembly
    straight out from the switch bod y.
    3.   Replace the lamp and/or switch.
    Ensure that the correct wires are fitted to the correct terminals when r\
    eplacing
    the switch.
    4.  Reassemble in reverse orde r.

    5-3  Replacing the Gu n Assy
    1.  Remove the Play Panel.  (see section 5-1 page 51)
    2.   Disconnect the connectors.
    3.  Remove 2o ff Whizz nuts (M6), and remove the Earth wires.
    4.   Remove the Gu n Assy complete with gun cable and connector cover ass y.
    5.   Replace Gu n Assy in reverse orde r.
    Ensure that the Earth wires are reconnected and fully secure. 
    						
    							Page 54 5-4 Removing the Gun Slides
    1. Remove 4off socket head screws (M3x10). Remove 1off button head screw
    (M4x25), taking care not to lose the M4 nut in the Gun Slide (L).
    2. Remove the Gun Slides.
    3. Reassemble in reverse order.

    5-5  Removing the Gun Cove r.
    1.   Remove the Gun Slides.  (see section 5-4 page 54)
    2.  Lay the gun down on i ts le ft hand side.
    2.   Remove 4o ff button head screws (M4x10), 1o ff button head screw (M4x25) , and
    1off socket head screw (M3x10) . Take care not to lose any of the nu ts in the left
    hand Gun Cove r.
    4.   Remove the right hand Gun Cover  taking care that the lens does not fall out.
    5.   Reassemble in reverse orde r.
    (Ensure that the flat face of the lens is facing the back of the gun.)\

    5-6  Replacing the Gun Solenoid
    1.  Remove the Gu n Assembl y.  (see section 5-3  page 53)
    2.   Remove the Gun Slides.  (see section 5-4 page 54)
    3.   Remove the gun covers.  (see section 5-5 page 55)
    4.   Disconnect the solenoid connecto r.
    5.   Remove 1o ff cap bolt (M3x10) and remove the solenoid bracket.
    6.   Remove 1o ff cup screw (M) (M3x8) and de tach the ground wire.
    7.   Remove 2o ff cup screws (M) (M4x6) and remove the slide guide.
    8.   Slacken the nut (16mm dia.) and
    remove the solenoid complete with
    plunge r.
    9.   Pull the plunger out from the
    solenoid  taking care not to lose the
    spring.
    10 . Reassemble in reverse orde r.
    Note: When reassembling, match
    the D-type hole of the solenoid bracket to the D shape of the solenoid a\
    nd ensure
    that the ‘E’  rings and sp acers are in their correct positions.

    5-7  Replacing the Gun Cable
    1.  Remove the Gu n Assembl y.  (see section 5-3  page 53)
    2.   Remove the Gun Slides.  (see section 5-4 page 54)
    3.   Remove the gun sides.  (see section 5-5 page 55)
    4.  Detach the solenoid bracket, connector and ground wire.
    (see section 5-6  page 56)
    5.   Disconnect the sensor and detach the fast-on connectors from the micro s\
    witch.
    6.  Remove the button bolt (M4x10) fixing the conduit to the gun cover (L\
    ).
    7.  Remove 2o ff button bolt (M4x10) and remove the connector cove r.
    8.   Reassemble in reverse order ensuring that the earth wire is secure.

    5-8  Replacing the Monitor
    NOTE: -THE MONI TOR IS HE AV Y. A T  LEAS T 2 PEOPL E ARE REQUIRE D TO
    REMOVE TH E MONI TOR
    1.   Remove the Play Panel.  (see section 5-1 page 51)
    2.   Remove the front glass by li fting it out of the grooves at the bottom and drawing it
    forward.
    S tore the glass in a safe place where it will not get broken or cause a da\
    nger .
    3.  Remove the rear door from the cabinet.
    4.  Disconnect the monitor connectors.
    5.  Remove 4o ff pozi head screws (M5x16), with flat and spring washers, and
    remove the mirror holders. Remove the mirro r.
    S tore the mirror in a safe place where it will not get broken or cause a \
    danger .
    6.  Remove the Monitor Mask.
    7.  Remove 4o ff pozi head screws (M6x16), with flat and spring washers, re taining
    the monitor to cabinet.

    8. Remove the monitor by sliding the monitor out from the back of the machine.
    9. Remove 4off pozi head screws (M6x16), with flat and spring washers, and
    remove the monitor adaptor brackets.
    10. Reassemble in reverse order. 
    						
    							Page 60 5-9 Replacing the Header Acrylic / Fluorescent Tube / Starter
    1. Remove 6off security screw (M5x16) and remove the Header Acrylic.
    2. Replace the Header Acrylic / Fluorescent Tube or Starter.
    3. Reassemble in reverse order.
