8-1 Greasing the Swing Lever Springs
The Swing Lever Springs should be greased every 6 months.
1. Remove 9off security screws (M5x12) from the control panel cover.
2. Disconnect the connectors and remove the control panel cover.
3. Apply grease to the positions shown in the following diagram.
4. Reassemble in reverse order.

8-2 Checking Swing Lever Absorber Rubbers
Check for wear every 3 months. 
1. Remove 9off security screws (M5x12) from the control panel cover.
2. Disconnect the connectors and remove the control panel cover. 
3. Check the absorber rubbers for wear or damage. 
4. Replace the rubber if worn or damaged. (see section  8-6 page  58)

Page 55 8-3 Replacing the Fluorescent Tube or Starter
1. Remove the 3off pozi head screw (M5x12) and remove  the top retaining
bracket.
2. Remove the Header Acrylic.
3. Replace the fluorescent tube or starter.
4. Reassemble in the reverse order.

8-4 Replacing the Start Button or Lamp
1. Remove the control panel cover.  (see section 8-2 page 54)
2. Replace the micro switch. (
Note: When replacing the switch ensure that
the wires are replaced to the correct terminals).
3. Remove the lamp holder from the button assembly by pulling the lamp holder out.
4. Replace the lamp. 
5. To replace the button assy undo the retaining nut and withdraw the butto\
n assembly from the control panel cover.

8-5 Replacing the Potentiometers
1. Remove the control panel cover  (see section 8-2 page 54).
2. Disconnect the potentiometer connector. 
3. Place the swing lever of the potentiometer to be replaced to the centre \
of the machine.
4. Slacken the grub screw (M4x8) and remove the potentiometer complete with mounting bracket.
5. Replace the potentiometer.
6. Reassemble in reverse order.
Note: When refitting the potentiometer ensure that the locating tab of the
potentiometer engages in the hole in...

8-6 Replacing the Swing Lever Absorber Rubbers
1. Remove the control panel cover.  (see section 8-2 page 54)
2. Remove the 2off socket head screws (M5x16) and remove the transparent cover.
3. Remove the 4off button head screws (M4x6) and remove the absorber rubber.
4. Replace the absorber rubber. 
5. Reassemble in reverse order

1. Remove the 2off pozi head screws (M4x10) with spring washers.
2. Replace the side covers.
3. Reassemble in reverse order.

8-8 Replacing the Monitor
The monitor weighs approx 40kg. Ensure that at least two people are used\
 to 
remove the monitor, and there is sufficient space to work safely. 
1. Remove the control panel cover.  (see section 8-2 page 54)
2. Loosen the 2off lower security screws (M5x12), and remove the 4off upper security screws (M5x12), and remove the monitor maintenance 
panel from the rear of the cabinet.
3. Disconnect the monitor connectors.
