Page 51 6-2-6 Sound Test 1. Select “SOUND TEST” on the menu screen to check the sound and to adjust the volume. The following screen is displayed. 2. Use the Select Up/Down switch to choose the required item, then press the Enter button. 3. Use the Select Up/Down switch to change the setting. 4. Press the Enter button to return to the select mode. 5. Select “EXIT” and press the Enter button to return to the ‘Game Options’ screen. (a) Volume setting for sound during Play Mode. Settable between 000~127 with 000the quietest and 127 the loudest. (default 80) (b) Volume setting for sound during Attract Mode. Settable between 000~127 with 000the quietest and 127 the loudest. (default 70) (c) Sound level of non playing position during a single player game. Settable between 000~127 with 000the quietest and 127 the loudest. (default 40) (d) Each number will produce a different sound, (for approx. 10 seconds), when the Service button is pressed. 001 when selected will produce a sound from the left speaker only, then the rigtht speaker only, and then both speakers together as a stereo check. Page 52 6-2-7 ADS Data 1. Select “ADS DATA” on the menu screen to view bookkeeping details. The following scren is displayed. 2. Use the Select Up/Down switch to choose the required item, then press the Enter button. 3. Select “EXIT” and press the Enter button to return to the Game Options Menu Screen. (a) Displays the total time the game has been switched on. (b) Displays the total time the game has been played. (c) Displays the length of the average playing time. (d) Displays the ratio between the total power on time and the total time the game has been played. (e) Displays the total number of games played. (f) This option allows the bookkeeping to be reset. Page 53 6-2-8 Others 1. Select “OTHERS” on the m,enu scren to check the software version, set the on screen instruction language and reset all adjustments to factory default. The following screen is displayed. 2. Use the Up/Down Select switch to choose the required item, then press the Enter button. 3. Select “EXIT” and press the Enter button to return to the Game Options Menu Screen. (a) Displays the current software version. (b) Displays the PCB internal clock settings. (not used on this game) (c) Displays the PCB serial number. (e) Allows the display to be paused. When set to ON the display will pause each time the Select switch is pressed IP. Resume normal display by pressing the Select switch UP again. (No sound will be produced while the screen is paused) (f) For testing the Game PCB. (This function is only for factory testing) (g) When selected, the Data Initialization Menu appears. To reset all the game settings to factory default and clear all stored data select YES from the Data Initialization menu and press the Enter button. NOTE: The game will not function correctly unless the software version is the same for both game PCBs. Page 54 7. MAINTENANCE Adjustment or maintenance on this machine should be carried out by qualified personnel only. Ensure that the POWER to the machine is turned OFF before commencing any maintenance work. Page 56 7-1 Greasing the Gun Assy The Gun Assembly should be checked for correct operation daily. The gun Assembly should be re-greased every 6 months. 1. Remove 6off security screw (M6x16), 1off security screw (M6x16), with flat washer, and remove the Front Vac-Form. 2. Apply grease to the areas shown below. Use silicon grease Part No. 95000018 3. Page 59 5. Remove the 2off upper security screws (M6x20), slacken the 2off lower security screws (M6x20) and remove the Rear Access Panel. 6. Remove 1off hex head screw (M8x35), with flat washer. Page 60 7. Disconnect the connector. 8. Remove 2off hex head screws (M8x25), with flat washers, and withdraw the Gun Assy while lifting up the Gun Assy Cover. 9. Reassemble in reverse order.
