Replacing the Drive Castor NOTE:When replacing the castor, it is recommended that two people perform the work and safety gloves are worn. 1) Removing the Castor Unit. a) Remove the nut (M10), and remove the link rod and link arm. b) Remove the Hex head bolt (M8x20), and remove the nut locking bracket from the link arm. c) Use the nut locking bracket and turn the hexagonal nut until it touches the housing.

Page 40 d) Loosen the four hex head bolts (M10x40) that hold the housing to the main housing. e) The housing is fixed using keyholes. Lift the housing up and then pull it forward to remove the castor unit. Page 41 2) Notes on Installing the Castor Unit a) Install the castor unit in the roller base, and tighten the four hex head bolts (M10x30). b) Use the nut locking bracket to turn the nut towards the link arm and set the spacing between the nut and housing as shown in fig A.
