CONSIDERATION OF THE PAYMENTS AND
THE MUTUAL COVENANTS AND CONDITIONS
SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT, NEXTEL
AND CUSTOMER AGREE AS FOLLOWS:

written or electronic signature; (2) otherwise
