Baking tray, universal tray and rack The baking tray, universal tray and rack are inserted into the oven between the two rails of a shelf runner. The trays and rack have non-tip safety notches in the middle which prevent them being pulled right out when they only need to be partially pulled out. The trays and rack can then only be taken out of the oven by raising them upwards and then pulling them out. Function selector The left-hand control is used to select the function. It can be turned clockwise or anti-clockwise. The function selector can only be retracted when it is at "0".
