Detergent type
For optimum results you can
programme your dishwasher via the
Detergent type menu for the type of
detergent you are using.
The options available are: normal
dishwasher detergent, 2 in 1 tabs or
Combi tabs.
The programme sequence and duration
will be adjusted for the type of
detergent selected.
The appliance is set at the factory for
using normal dishwasher detergent.

Drying plus
At the end of the programme, the door
will open automatically a little in order to
help the drying process.
This function can be deactivated if
wished.

Your dishwasher is fitted with a water
softener sensor which determines the
water hardness level of your local water
supply automatically.
After your dishwasher has been
through one programme cycle (e.g.
Pre-wash), you can call up the water

External water softening
system
If your dishwasher is connected to an
external water softening system which
uses salt for reactivation you will still
need to set the water softening unit on
the dishwasher to the hardness level of
the water supplied from the external
water softening system.
If you do not know what this is, then set
the value at 1.4 mmol/l (8 °d - German
scale).

Change main menu
You can change the order of the programmes in the main
menu and also enter your favourite programmes into the first
two programme places.

Save extras
You can set additional functions, e.g.
Pre-wash, for individual programmes
(see Operation, Selecting Extras).
You can use the
Save extrasoption to
save settings you have chosen for a
particular programme so that they are
automatically selected when you run
the programme in the future.
The dishwasher is delivered with this
function deactivated.

Buzzer
When the buzzer is activated, an
audible tone sounds at the end of a
programme and when there is a fault.
The buzzer is activated as standard at
the factory.
Buzzer at the end of a programme
You will hear the buzzer at the end of a
programme in bursts of five with a short
pause in between. The buzzer will
continue to sound for up to an hour if
you do not switch the dishwasher off.
