Is the power indicator amber? Do you see an OUT OF RANGE message on the screen? Do you see a CHECK SIGNAL CABLE message on the screen? Do you see a Controls locked message on the screen? \245 Check and see if the power cord is connected properly to the power outlet. \245 Adjust the brightness and the contrast. \245 If the display is in power saving mode, move the mouse or press any key on the keyboard to activate the screen. \245 Turn on the PC. \245 This message appear when the signal from the PC (video card) is out of the diplays horizontal or vertical frequency range.
