case of accident, misuse, damage caused by improper installation and altered serial numbers. Pollution of the moni\Btor

4)  When this product is sold through L\b Electronics’ resale or distribution partners, L\b Electronics reserves the right to 
collect, repair and return any monitor which has cabinet defilement, i\Bncluding security marking. L\b Electronics may also

6)  The END USER will b\Be liable for all costs associated with “Invalid Warranty Claims”.
7)  Liability is limited to the cost of repair and/or replacement of the un\Bit under warranty.
8)  This warranty does not affect the purchaser’s statutory rights.
9)  Warranty covers only those defects which arise as a result of normal use of the product, and the warranty for the product

Electronics(or LifeSize)’s responsibility is limited to repair, using any parts which may be selected by L\b Electronics or 
LifeSize or an authorized dealer. Unless otherwise stated herein, the cost of lab\Bor is not covered by the warranty.
