T CHECK STEERING BALL JOINTS Ball joints are lubricated for the normal life of ball joints during manufacture and require no further lubrication. This applies only if the rubber gaiter has not become dislodged or damaged. MAINTENANCE Check air cleaner dump valve The dump valve provides an automatic drain for the air cleaner and is fitted in the base of the air cleaner support bracket. 7.
