65 SPEED SELECTION This juicer has two speed options: LOW (1) and HI (2). These two speeds ensure optimal RPM level, for maximum juicing efficiency (efficiency describes amount of juice extracted from produce). Speeds are selected simply by turning the control dial to the desired setting. HI (2) Best for harder produce: carrots, gingerroot, beets and pineapple (with rind). LOW (1) Best for softer produce: citrus fruits, apples, grapes (with stems), melons, peaches (put removed) and tomatoes....
