RTH2510/RTH2410 3 69-2601ES—01 This thermostat is ready to go! Your new thermostat is pre-programmed and ready to go. All you have to do is set the time and day. Then check the settings below and change if needed: 1. Set time and day (required for proper operation) .........................See page 6 2. Select system setting: Preset to Off ................................To change, see page 7 3. Select fan setting: Preset to Auto ...................................To change, see page 8 4. Program schedules: Preset to energy-saving levels while you’re at work or asleep ....................................To change, see pages 9-12 ONE-TOUCH TEMP CONTROL : You can override the program schedule at any time, and manually adjust the temperature (see pages 13-14).

Temperature The ambient (measured) temperature is normally displayed. To view the setpoint temperature, press the Up or Down button once. The setpoint temperature will appear for five seconds. System status Cool on: Cooling system is on. Heat on: Heating system is on. Aux On: Auxiliary heat is activated. When Heat On or Cool On is flashing, compressor protection is engaged (see page 15). Current day/time (see page 6) Current program period Wake/Leave/Return/Sleep (see pages 9-10)
Operating Manual 69-2601ES—01 6 Set Time am6: 30 M32702 Set Day We M32703 Set the time and day 1. Press the SET button, then press s or t to set the clock time. 2. Press the SET button, then press s or t to select the day of the week. 3. Press RUN to save & exit. Note: If the clock flashes, the thermostat will follow your settings for the Monday “Wake” time period until you reset the time and day. Press SET, then adjust time. Press SET, then select current day.

Set SYSTEM switch to control the heating or cooling system. CAUTION: EQUIPMENT DAMAGE HAZARD. Operating Manual 69-2601ES—01 8 Select the fan setting Set the FAN switch to Auto or On. In “Auto” mode (the most commonly used setting), the fan runs only when the heat- ing or cooling system is on.
