Agent Instrument17.8.2 Each Agent Instrument has five EPROM (Erasable

Programmable Read-Only-Memory) chips. These EPROMs
initializationcontain generic software that allows the Agent Instrument to
function in the CAS Main, ACD, or supervisory modes. If the
system includes two or more Agent Instruments, at least one of
