TOWING POINTS Front towing eye The screw-in towing eye is attached to the vehicle jack in the luggage compartment. Keep the towing eye with the vehicle at all times. CAUTION The screw-in towing eye has a left-hand thread. Turn it anticlockwise to install it. Prise off the cover and install the towing eye. OPENING AND CLOSING THE BONNET Opening the bonnet 1. Pull the lever. 2. Raise the bonnet slightly and pull the catch towards you. 3. Open the bonnet and support it with the strut. Closing the bonnet Note: Make sure that the bonnet is closed properly. ENGINE OIL DIPSTICK - 1.6L DURATORQ-TDCI (DV) DIESEL MINA MAX B ENGINE OIL CHECK CAUTION Do not use oil additives or other engine treatments. Under certain conditions, they could damage the engine. Note: The oil consumption of new engines reaches its normal level after approximately 5000 kilometres (3000 miles).
