Removing

 Make
sureyouhave yourreplacement cartridgeshandybefore youbegin. Youmust install new
 cartridges
immediately afterremoving theoldones.
 Caution:
Leaveyouroldcartridges inthe printer untilyouareready toreplace themtoprevent theprint
 head
nozzles fromdrying out.Donot open inkcartridge packages untilyouareready toinstall theink.
 Cartridges
arevacuum packedtomaintain reliability.

Turn onyour product.
 2.
Liftupthe scanner unit.
 Caution:
Donot move theprint head...

Ifno cartridges arelow orexpended, theprint head doesnotmove. Ifyou want toreplace a
 cartridge
beforeitis low orexpended, pressthestopbutton for6seconds. Theprint head
 moves
tothe replacement position.
 4.
Squeeze thetabonthe cartridge andliftthe cartridge straightuptoremove it.
 Note:
Dispose ofused cartridges carefully.Donot take theused cartridge apartortry torefill it.
 Warning:
Ifink gets onyour skin, wash itthoroughly withsoap andwater. Ifink gets intoyour eyes,
 flush
them immediately...
