98Solving Problems CD/DVD Problems You can’t insert the CD/DVD tray easily. Don’t force the CD/DVD tray into the printer. Turn on your printer and follow all the steps beginning on page 66. The CD/DVD tray ejects when you start a CD/DVD print job. Follow the steps on page 66 to reinsert the CD/DVD tray.
