73 To clean the air filter: 1. Switch the projector off and unplug the power cable from the wall socket. 2. Stand the projector with the handle at the top so that the filter is easily accessible. uCaution: Stand the projector with the handle at the top to prevent dust from entering the projector. 3. 745 ¥ Maintenance 4. The air filter is attached to the inside of the filter cover. To clean the filter you are advised to use a small vacuum cleaner designed for computers and other office equipment. If you do not have one, use a dr y, lint-fr ee cloth. If the dirt is difficult to remove or if the filter is torn, replace it. Replacement lamps come with an air filter. 77Replacing the Lamp uCaution: When you replace the lamp never touch the new lamp with your bare hands. The invisible residue left by the oil on your hands may shorten the lamp life. Use a cloth or gloves when handling the new lamp. 6. Gently insert the new lamp by lowering it into position. 7. Tighten the screws you loosened in step 5. 8.
