Replacing the Photo Cartridge35 6. Set the cartridge lock lever in the Release position by sliding the lever to the right, then down and to the left. The photo cartridge will be ejected about halfway out of the holder. Pull the cartridge out of PictureMate and dispose of it properly. If your PictureMate is going to travel a longer distance, you should pack it carefully to protect it from getting damaged. 40Maintaining PictureMate Cleaning the Print Head If your print quality is not as good as it used to be, if your photos are light or faint, or you are missing colors in your prints, your print head nozzles may be clogged. 42 Cleaning PictureMate To keep PictureMate operating at its best, clean it thoroughly several times a year as follows. 1. Turn off PictureMate and unplug the power cord. 2.
