1. Disconnect the connector from the Main Board Assy.

2. Open the Top Cover.3. Remove the two screws.

4. Pull out the tab from the guide pin, and remove the Control Panel while pulling out the 
cable.

Left Cover
1. Open the Top Cover.2. Slightly pull out the Paper Cassette.3. Remove the three screws.
A) Silver / M3x10 / P-Tite: Three pieces
4. Disengage the six hooks of the Left Cover in the order from the rearmost hook to the 
frontmost one, and remove the Left Cover.

Laser Scanner Unit
1. Disconnect the connector from the Main Board Assy.2. Release the cables from the Clamp.3. Pull the connector toward inside of the printer.

Paper Feed Roller
1. While pressing the tab ( ), slide the Unlock Holder ( ).2. Push the Lock Lever and remove the Paper Feed Roller.

1. Secure the Bottom Plate by pressing it down.2. Disengage the two hooks from the back of the cassette, and remove the Separation Roller

Install the Separation Roller following the procedure below.1. Insert the grooves of the Separation Roller over the guide pins of the Cassette.2. Insert the spring over the projection on the Separation Roller.
