●Always replace batteries in sets.
●Do not use a new battery with a used battery.
●Avoid contact with water or liquid.

Installation
This projector uses nominal input voltages of 100-120 V or 200-240
V AC.  This projector automatically selects the correct input
voltage.  It is designed to work with single-phase power systems
having a grounded neutral conductor.  To reduce risk of electrical
shock, do not plug into any other type of power system.
Consult your authorized dealer or service station if you are not sure
of the type of power being supplied.

Connect the projectors AC power cord into an AC
outlet.  The POWER indicator will be red.
Press the POWER ON-OFF button on the top control
or on the remote control.  The POWER indicator will
become green and the cooling fans will start to
operate.  The count down will start.

The count down display will disappear 
after 30 seconds.
4After the countdown, the input source that was
selected last and the Lamp mode status icon (see
page 45) will appear on the screen.

Basic Operation
Press the POWER ON-OFF button on the top control
or on the remote control, and a message Power off?
will appear on the screen.  
Press the POWER ON-OFF button again to turn off the
projector. The POWER indicator will start to blink red,
and the cooling fans will keep operating.  (You can
select the level of fun quietness and rotation speed.
See page 48.)  At this time you can disconnect the AC
power cord even if the fans are still running.
