22 BASIC OPERATION TURNING ON PROJECTOR TURNING OFF PROJECTOR TURNING ON / OFF PROJECTOR Connect a projectors AC Power Cord into a wall outlet and turn MAIN ON/OFF SWITCH to ON. LAMP indicator lights RED, and READY indicator lights GREEN. Press POWER ON-OFF button on Side Control or on Remote Control Unit to ON. LAMP indicator dims, and Cooling Fans start to operate. 26 BASIC OPERATION SYSTEM SELECT This projector automatically tunes to most different types of computers based on VGA, SVGA, XGA, SXGA or UXGA (refer to “COMPATIBLE COMPUTER SPECIFICATION” on pages 50-51). When a computer is selected, this projector automatically tunes to incoming signal and projects the proper image without any special setting. (Some computers need to be set manually.)
