20 A14249 View or Edit Schedule STo set a specific day use the Left (A) and Right () buttons beside the day names. dIf you wish to copy this schedule to other days, touchCOPYabove the day. dSelect the days you wish to have the same schedule, then touch COPY. STo select the time the activity starts, touch theTIMEicons. Use the Up (Y) and Down (B) buttons to set the desired start time. SIf you want to delete a time period, touch theTIMEicon, then touch DELETE. STo change the desired activity touch theACTIVITYicon then select the desired activity (WAKE, HOME, AWAYorSLEEPbuttons).When finished touchSAVE. SFor Zoning dTo set a specific room, use the Left (A) and Right () buttons beside the zone name. dIf you wish to copy this schedule to a different zone, touchCOPY above the zone name.
21 dSelect the zones you wish to have the same schedule, then press COPY. Guided Scheduling The Guided Scheduling feature will prompt you with simple questions to help set a schedule that meets your desired comfort level and lifestyle. If you are satisfied with your comfort settings, proceed to the next screen. If you are not, go through the process outlined underComfort Profiles(Pg. 11). 1. If you have a zoning system, the next question will prompt you to pick the zone you wish to schedule. SSelect the desired zone to program, then touchNEXT. SIf you do not have a zoned system, the control will skip this question. 2. The next question will prompt you to select the days you wish to schedule. SYou may select individual days, all days or weekdays by touching their respective buttons. SAfter you have selected the desired days, touchNEXTto continue. 3. The next question will ask what time you wake up on the scheduled days. SUse the Up (Y) and Down (B) buttons to set the time you wake up. SAfter you have selected the correct time, touchNEXTto continue. 4. The next question will ask if someone is home all day. SSimply touchYESorNOto answer this question. SIf you selectNO, the next question will ask what time you leave the home. dUse the Up (Y) and Down (B) buttons to set the time you leave. dAfter you have selected the correct time, touchNEXTto continue. SYou will then be asked what time you will return to your home.
22 dUse the Up (Y) and Down (B) buttons to set the time you return home. dAfter you have selected the correct time, touchNEXTto continue. 5. If you selectYESor have completed the previous steps, the next question will ask if you want different sleep settings. SIf you selectYES, the next question will ask what time you go to sleep. dUse the Up (Y) and Down (B) buttons to set the time you go to sleep. dAfter you have selected the correct time, touchNEXTto continue. 6. If you selectNOor have completed the previous steps, you will be shown a screen that the scheduling process is complete for the selected days and zones (if applicable). SIf you have completed the schedule, touchSAVEcontinue. SIf you touchCANCEL, it will prompt you back to step 5. 7. If you touchedSAVEin step 6, you will be asked if you want to schedule more days. SSimply touchYESorNOto answer this question. SIf you selectYES, you will return to step 2 and follow the process. 8. If you selectNO, the screen control will show you the newly created sched- ule. SIf you have a zoning system, you will be asked if you want to schedule another zone. dIf you selectYES, you will return to step 2 and follow the process. dIf you selectNO, you will see the newly created schedule.
23 Upload My Schedule TheUpload my Schedulefeature will allow you to upload your schedules from a PC or MAC computer, load those schedules onto a USB memory device, and upload the schedules into the Infinity Touch Control. STo download the MyInfinity application for your computer, sign into the MyInfinity website at www.MyInfinityTouch.Carrier.com . dClick on the Downloads tab. dClick on the Adobe Air download link and install Adobe Air onto your computer. dOnce Adobe Air is installed on your computer, download the MyIn- finity air application. dThe MyInfinity application provides a virtual Infinity Touch Control for you to use on your computer. You cn perform all of the pro- gramming steps on your computer that you can perform on the Infinity Touch Control. SOnce the schedules are complete, insert a USB memory device into your computer. Add a new folder to the USB device labeledUser.Makesure that this folder is at the top of the folder chain in the USB device; this is also called the “root directory.” dSelect theSave Schedule to the USB Driveoption on the Sched- ules menu. Read the directions and then selectExport. dSave the schedule file in the Use folder on the USB device. dOnce that is complete, safely remove the USB device from the com- puter. SInstall the USB device into the USB port on the bottom of the Infinity Touch Control. SOn the Infinity Touch Control, selectSchedulesfrom the Menu screen, then select theUpload Schedule from USB Driveoption.
24 SIf the folder and file have been placed correctly on the USB device, you will be asked if you wish to upload the schedule. dSelectYe s. dWhen successful, pressNext. VACATION Touch theVACATIONicon in order to set a prolonged vacation schedule. A12174 STouchPLAN VACATIONto begin your vacation schedule. SUse the Up (Y) and Down (B) buttons to set the time and date of when your vacation begins; then touchNEXT. SUse the Up (Y) and Down (B) buttons set the fan speed and the tem- perature range you wish to keep your house; then touchNEXT. SUse the Up (Y) and Down (B) buttons to set the time and date of when plan to return from your vacation; then touchNEXT. SReview your vacation schedule to make sure it is accurate. If it is cor- rect, touchSAVEto complete your vacation schedule.
