Scanner Does Not Work Check 1 Make sure that your scanner or printer is turned on. Check 2 Connect the USB cable to a different USB port on the computer. Slow Scanning Speed Check 1 To view the image on a monitor, set the output resolution to around 150 dpi. To print, set it to around 300 dpi.
