    Use either European DL or US Comm. #10 size envelopes.
    The address is automatically rotated and printed out.

    Fold the envelope flap shut.

    ImportantAlways load paper in portrait orientation. Loading paper in 
    landscape orientation can cause the paper to be jammed.

    (1)Align the paper against 
    the right side of the auto 
    sheet feeder.
    Regardless to the actual 
    orientation of your 
    photograph, load the 
    paper vertically (short 
    side first) in the printer.

    Printing with Windows
    1Turn your printer on, then set papers.
    2Create a document or open a file to print.
    3Open the printer properties dialog box.
    (1)Select Print

    The Print
    PrintPrint Print dialog box opens. Note• The menu screens and dialog boxes that appear may vary depending on the 
    application you are using.
    • The steps described in this section are for printing using a computer with 
    Windows
    ® XP Service Pack 2 installed (hereafter called Windows XP SP2).
    • You can use Easy-PhotoPrint to easily do print operations when printing 
    photographs. Easy-PhotoPrint is provided on the 
    Setup CD-ROM. For details 
    on how to use Easy-PhotoPrint, refer to the 
    Photo Application Guide.
    NoteIn Windows 2000, click on the Main

    Cancel Printing
    You can cancel a print job while printing by pushing the Stop/Reset
    Stop/ResetStop/Reset Stop/Reset button on the printer.
    1Press the Stop/Reset
    Stop/ResetStop/Reset Stop/Reset button while the printer is printing.
    Printing is canceled and paper is ejected.
    1Click the printer’s icon in the Dock and display the list of print jobs in 
    progress.
    If you are using Mac OS X v.10.2.8, click on the printer icon in the Dock to start up 
    the Print Center
    Print CenterPrint Center Print Center and double-click on the name of your printer in the Printer List

    open a list of print jobs in progress.
    2Select an undesired document and click the Delete

    Accessing the Printer Driver (Windows)
    The printer properties dialog box can be opened from either within an application or directly 
    from the Windows Start
    StartStart Start menu.
    Opening the Printer Properties Dialog Box from your Application 
    Program
    1In your application program, select the command to print a document.
    The Print
    PrintPrint Print dialog box can usually be opened by selecting Print
    PrintPrint Print from the File
    FileFile File menu.
    2Ensure that your printer is selected. Then click Preferences
    PreferencesPreferences Preferences (or Properties

    The printer properties dialog box opens.
    Opening the Printer Properties Dialog Box Directly from the Start 
    Menu
    This method is used for printer maintenance and configuring shared print settings for 
    all application programs.

    When opening the printer properties dialog box from Properties

    tabs are not displayed, when the printer properties dialog box is opened from
