Making Multiple Copies
You can make multiple copies.
Specifying the Paper Size and the Type
(Common for Cassette and Multi-purpose Tray)
• When making copies on letter-size paper after having continuously copied on paper smaller than letter-
size paper, the copies may be dirty. To prevent copies from being dirty, wait about one minute before
making copies.
• The paper in the multi-purpose tray is copied prior to the paper in the cassette.

Setting the Image Quality
You can adjust image quality to the appropriate level best suited for a document with text or photos. Three modes
are available for adjusting image quality.

and create special copies easily.
–Collate Copy
Sorts copies in page order.
–2 on 1
Reduces 2 letter-size documents to fit on a single letter-size paper.
–Reserve Copy
Reserves the next job while the machine is printing out.
Collate Copy
The collate copy allows you to sort copies in page order. It is convenient when you make multiple copies of
multiple page documents.
