„JPEG Images Stored when Recording-Mode Stream Transmission Fails
The included SD Card Utility displays or deletes JPEG images saved on an SD memory card. It can also convert saved 
images into MOV files and save them to a computer.
FTP software can be used to download JPEG images to a computer, but you will need to use the SD Card Utility (p. 1-4) to 
play back the images.

The image is not displayed in the Viewer PTZ 
panel. If the [Maximum Number of Clients] is configured to 0 under [Server] > [Image Server] 
in the setting page, the image will not be displayed in the Viewer PTZ panel. Increase 
the number in [Maximum Number of Clients].
The image disappears from the Viewer PTZ 
panel. The time that the image will be displayed in the Viewer PTZ panel is the time 
configured in [Maximum Connection Time (sec.)] under [Server] > [Image Server]...
