62 QDepth-of-field AE Depth-of-field AE with a Manually-Selected AF Point The depth-of-field AE mode is for obtaining wide depth of field between a near and far subject. It is effective for group shots and landscapes. The optimum point of focus, aperture, and shutter speed are set automatically to obtain the desired depth of field.
