You can recharge the battery using Battery Charger CB-2LV/CB-2LVE 
(sold separately).
It takes approximately 90 minutes to fully charge the battery 
from a fully discharged state (Based on Canon’s testing 
standards).
- Charging it within a temperature range of 5 °C to 40 °C (41 
°F to 104 °F) is recommended.
- Charge times may vary according to the ambient

High-Power Flash HF-DC1
This flash is used to supplement the cameras built-in flash when 
the subject is too far away for proper illumination. Use the following 
procedures to affix the camera and High-Power Flash to the 
supporting bracket.

lithium battery (CR123A or DL123) is installed.

Gently wipe dirt off the camera body with a soft cloth or eyeglass 
lens wiper.
Lens
First use a lens blower brush to remove dust and dirt, then remove 
any remaining dirt by wiping the lens lightly with a soft cloth. 
Owing to its construction, the lens will retract slightly when wiped. 
This does not constitute a malfunction, however, be careful not to 
let dust and dirt into the body while it is in this state.
