Programming a Fax Forwarding Number
When Fax Forwarding is set to ON, your fax machine stores the received fax in
memory, then dials the fax forwarding number youÕve programmed, and forwards
the fax message.
1Press Function, 8, 2.
2Press  or  until the screen displays
FAX FWD
3Press Set.  The screen prompts you to enter the number of the fax machine
where faxes will be forwarded.

Using Remote Retrieval Access Code
1Dial your fax number from a touch tone phone.
2When your fax machine answers and beeps, immediately enter your Remote
Retrieval Access Code (159S).
3Your fax machine signals the kinds of messages received:
1 long beep Ñ Fax message(s)
No beeps Ñ no messages.
4Your fax machine then prompts you with two short beeps to enter a
command.  If you wait longer than 30 seconds to enter a command, your
machine hangs up.  If you enter an invalid command, your...
