Troubleshooting 35 B No CartridgeAn ink cartridge is not installed properly.Take out the new ink cartridge and re- install it slowly until it clicks. (See Replacing the ink cartridges uupage 26.) 36 Printer jam or paper jamB Take out the jammed paper depending on where it is jammed in the machine. aUnplug the machine from the AC power outlet. bOpen the Jam Clear Cover (1) at the back of the machine. Pull the jammed paper out of the machine. cClose the Jam Clear Cover. Make sure the cover is closed properly. dIf the paper support flap is open, close it, and then close the paper support.
