GT-3 Series 7. Troubleshooting 131 Error code Message Meaning Solution 3000 PC Communication Error GT-3 failed to receive the print data from the PC. Check the connection between the PC and GT-3, and send print data again. If it has no effect, reboot both the PC and GT-3. This error occurs when the USB cable is disconnected during data transmission, or data transmission is canceled on the PC. 3001 PC Communication Error The PC will not receive the data sent from GT-3. Check the connection between the PC and GT-3, and retry the PC operation with the GT-3 tools. If it has no effect, reboot both the PC and GT-3. This error occurs when the USB cable is disconnected during data transmission, or GT-3 tools are canceled in sending data to the PC. 3002 PC Data Error GT-3 received the data that is not supported. Check the connection between the PC and GT-3, and send print data again. Or reboot both the PC and GT-3. 3003 PC Data Error No compatibility of version between the PC driver and the GT-3 firmware. GT-3 Firmware is old though the Printer Driver is upgraded. Confirm the versions and upgrade the firmware. 3004 3005 3010 3013 3014 PC Data Error USB connection error between PC and GT-3 Confirm the data (AR3 file and firmware programs ) are correct. Check the connection between the PC and GT-3, and send print data again. Or reboot both the PC and GT-3. These errors may occur when GT-3 malfunctions in improper environment. You can print if no error is indicated. 3100 PC Data Error (with White) GT-341 received the print data with White print data included. Confirm that the Machine Mode is GT-341 by Printer Driver. GT-341 cannot receive the print data with White print data included. 3101 PC Data Error (381 mode) GT-361 received the print data with 4 White Print Head data included. Confirm that the Machine Mode is GT-361 by Printer Driver. GT-361 cannot receive the print data with four White Print Head data included. 3407 Blank Data GT-3 received blank data, the print data with no print data included (e.g. 255 white) was made and sent to GT-3, the image was larger than the print area and some blank part was sent to GT-3. Confirm the print data with GT -3 File Viewer.
