Troubleshooting
Error For Machine Defects
The following problems may be confused with a machine defect. Check and \
follow the 
table. If it couldn’t be improved, contact your dealer.
SymptomCause / Remedy
Projector power
does not turn on.The power cord is disconnected.
Plug the power cord into an AC outlet.
Intending to turn on the projector again during the cool down 
mode.
Wait until the cool down mode has completed.
There is no lamp and/or lamp cover is not firmly closed.
Please turn off the power...

Error For Machine Defects
SymptomCause / Remedy
No audioThe projector is not connected correctly.
Check audio cable if connect correctly.
The volume is set to minimum.
Adjust the volume.
Mute is turned on.
Press the MUTE button.
Remote control is 
not working. No battery.
Before using the remote control, please check the battery of remote 
control.
Remote signal is obstructed.
Remove the obstacle between projector and remote control.
