    							1.In the Remember app, tap an entry.

    Format the text in an entry
    Depending on the account that your entry is associated with, you might be able to apply formatting to italicize, bold, or 
    underline text, create lists, or change the text size and color.
    1.In the Remember app, tap an entry.

    Stop synchronizing folders in the Remember app
    When you add an email account that is supported by Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync, by default, the tasks and notes from 
    that account appear as synchronized folders in the 
    Remember app. To stop synchronizing these folders:
    1.On the home screen, swipe down from the top of the screen.
    2.Tap  Settings > Accounts.
    3.Tap an account.
    4.On the Edit Account screen, turn off the Sync Tasks switch.
    Record a voice note in the Remember app
    You can use BlackBerry Remember to record voice notes.
    1.In a note, a task, or on the Tasks or Notes screen, tap .2.Tap .

    Convert an entry to a note or a task
    Depending on your email account, when you change an entry in the Remember app, you can convert its format, for 
    example, from a note to a task.
    1.Tap the folder name or, if your entry isn
    						
    							Delete a folder, task list, or entry in the Remember app
    CAUTION: If you delete a folder or task list, the entries inside are also deleted.
    1.In the Remember app, touch and hold a folder, task list, or entry.
    2.Tap .
    Viewing and searching your entries in the Remember 
    app
    There are several ways to sort through or view your entries in the Remember app. You can use the search feature to easily 
    find the entries you need.
    Search for an entry in the Remember app
    1.Open a folder or task list.
    2.In the search field at the top of the screen, start typing a search term.
    3.Tap a result.
    Tip: You can also use the search field to add an entry. Just start typing and tap Submit.
    View Remember entries that have the same tag
    If you added tags to your BlackBerry Remember entries, you can filter entries by those tags.
    1.In the Remember app, tap Tags.
    2.Tap a tag to view entries with that tag.
    Sort your Remember app entries
    Note: Depending on whether you are sorting tasks or notes, some of these options might not be available.1.Tap . 2.Tap .

    Passwords and locking
    There are several types of locks, PINs, and passwords that you can use to help protect your BlackBerry device.
    If you use your device for work, your organization might already have security settings in place, such as requiring a 
    password to unlock your device.
    BlackBerry ID
    A BlackBerry ID is an email address and password that gives you access to BlackBerry websites, apps, and services. If you 
    change your 
    BlackBerry device, your BlackBerry ID can help you transfer data to your new device. If you turn on 
    BlackBerry Protect and your device is ever lost or stolen, someone who finds your device can

    If you associate your device with your organization
    						
    							Lock your screen
    By locking the screen, you can help prevent your BlackBerry device from sending accidental messages or pocket dialing.

    Unlock your device with a network unlock code
    To obtain the unlock codes for your BlackBerry device, contact your service provider.
    Your device might be network locked which allows your device to make a mobile network connection with only your current 
    service provider. If you plan to travel internationally and you want to use a SIM card from another service provider, you 
    might need to enter an unlock code.
    Tip: To see the current service provider associated with your device, on the home screen, swipe down from the top of the 
    screen. Tap 
     Settings > About. In the Category drop-down list, tap SIM Card.
    1.On the home screen, swipe down from the top of the screen.
    2.Tap  Settings > Security and Privacy > SIM Card.
    3.In the Phone Network Lock section, tap a locked item.
    4.When prompted, enter the unlock code.
    CAUTION: For security reasons, each unlock code can only be entered incorrectly 10 times. If you exceed the number of 
    allowed attempts to enter an unlock code, your SIM card will allow emergency calls only. For assistance, contact your 
    service provider.
    Change or remove your device password
    CAUTION: If you can
    						
    							If you have the BlackBerry Protect anti-theft feature turned on, to set up your device again, you will need to enter your 
    BlackBerry ID.
    BlackBerry recommends that you regularly create and save a backup file on your computer.
    Display text when your device is locked
    You can display text on the screen of your BlackBerry device when the device is locked. For example, you can display a 
    favorite quote, emergency contact information, or your own contact information so that if you lose your device, anyone who  finds it can contact you.
    1.On the home screen, swipe down from the top of the screen.
    2.Tap  Settings > Security and Privacy > Lock Screen.
    3.In the Lock Screen Message fields, type the text.
    To delete the text that appears on the screen when your device is locked, delete the text in the Lock Screen Message 
    fields.
    Protect your SIM card with a PIN
    You can use a SIM card PIN to prevent unauthorized use of your SIM card in another device. For example, if you lose your
