    							Downloading and installing Android apps from other 
    sources
    In addition to using BlackBerry World and the Amazon Appstore to download apps and games, you can also get Android 
    apps and games from various third-party websites and mobile market apps. Most websites and mobile market apps include  an installation button that appears after you download an 
    Android app file. You can also install an app file by opening it in 
    the File Manager app on your 
    BlackBerry device.

    Search for a place or an address on a map
    You can use the GPS feature on your BlackBerry device to search for a specific address or a type of location and view the 
    results on the map.
    1.In the Maps app, in the search field, enter an address or a descriptive word, such as "coffee" or "hospital."
    2.Do one of the following:
    
    						
    							Get directions
    Verify that location services are turned on and that your BlackBerry device has established a GPS connection.
    1.In the Maps app, find a place by doing one of the following:
    
    						
    							Mute voice-guided directions
    By default, voice-guided directions are turned on.
    1.If you are in the map view or the detail list view, to return to the street-level view, tap .2.To turn off voice-guided directions, tap .
    Change your route preferences
    You can change your route preferences while viewing or listening to turn-by-turn directions in BlackBerry Maps. You can 
    set your route to avoid toll roads, highways, car-sharing lanes, or ferries. You can also set the type of route that you want to\
     
    take (fastest, simplest, or shortest).
    1.In the Maps app, swipe down from the top of the screen.
    2.Tap  > Route Options.
    3.Turn on the switches for the types of things that you want to avoid. Tap the type of route that you want to take.
    Recalculate routes
    While viewing or listening to turn-by-turn directions, you can manually recalculate your directions when you make a wrong 
    turn or would like alternative directions.
    1.If you are in the street-level view, to show the navigation bar, tap the screen.

    In BlackBerry Maps, you can find your favorites, recent places, and contacts
    						
    							To remove a place from the Favorites screen, tap  > . Tap Favorites. Touch and hold the place that you want to

    Add your work or home address
    In BlackBerry Maps, you can add your work and home addresses to save time when planning trips and getting directions.

    Turn on or turn off traffic data
    If traffic data is turned on, your BlackBerry device sends anonymous GPS location information to provide traffic data to 
    BlackBerry applications.
    1.On the home screen, swipe down from the top of the screen.
    2.Tap  Settings > Location Services.
    3.Turn on Traffic Data Collection.

    With the BlackBerry Browser, you can browse the Internet, stream video, switch between multiple tabs, download files, 
    share links to webpages, and more.
    Browsing the Internet
    Use the BlackBerry Browser to browse the Internet quickly and conveniently on your BlackBerry device.
    Go to a website
    1.Type a web address or search term into the address bar at the bottom of the BlackBerry Browser.
    2.Tap Go.
    Change the current search engine
    After you change the search engine, the BlackBerry Browser continues to use the new search engine until you change it 
    again.
