5 Care and Cleaning Using the Spatula Attachment (Selected Models Only) The Spatula is designed for use with thin (pudding, pancake batter) to medium batters (cake mixes, muffins, frosting). It is not recommended when beating egg whites, whipping cream, or when mixing thick cookie dough. 1. Be sure the Mixer is unplugged and OFF. Insert the Beaters into the Mixer. 2. 6 Mixing Tips 1. For best results when beating egg whites, use a stainless steel, cop- per, or glass bowl; do not use an aluminum or plastic bowl. 2. For best results when whipping cream, chill the cream, Beaters, and bowl. Start with speed 3 or 4 and gradually increase to 5 as the cream thickens. NEED HELP?
