    ThisoptioncannotbeusedwithTimeChoice.
    1.SelectDelayedStartbypressingtheprogramselector(thebigarrow)untiltheclocksymbolis
    highlightedandthecurrentstartandendtimesappearontherightofthedisplay.
    2.Eachtimeyoupressthearrowbuttonsyouaddhalfanhourtothetimeuptoamaximumof24hours.
    NOTE!
    RemembertopresstheStart/Stopbuttontostarttheprogram.
    NOTE!
    Makesurethedetergentcompartmentiscompletelydrybeforeyouadddetergent,otherwisethereis
    ariskthatthedetergentwillclumpbeforethemachinestarts.
    HighWaterLevel
    1.HighWaterLevelmeansadditionalwaterisusedduringthemainwashandrinsecycles.SelectHigh
    WaterLevelbypressingtheprogramselector(thebigarrow)untilHighWaterLevelishighlighted.
    2.ThisoptioncannotbeusedwiththeAuto,TimeChoice,Wool,Delicate,Rinse,Spin,andDrain
    programs.
    3.PresstheuparrowbuttontochooseHighWaterLevelorthedownarrowtochooseNormalWater
    Level.
    4.PresstheStart/Stopbuttontostarttheprogramorpresstheprogramselector(thebigarrow)again
    toselectmoreoptions.
    NOTE!
    ThemachinetakesintheadditionalwaterforHighWaterLevelabout15minutesafterthemainwash
    hasstarted.

    Closethewasherdoorand
    presstheStart/Stopbutton
    Timeremaining
    Whentheprogramstarts,anestimatedprogram
    time,inhoursandminutes,isdisplayed.The
    remainingtimeisupdatedthreetimesduringthe
    program,basedontheactualloadandthe
    incomingwatertemperature.Thefirstupdate
    takesplaceafterabout15minutes.Theremaining
    timeislastupdatedjustbeforethefinalrinse.
    Toaddorremovelaundryafterthe
    programstarts
    Ifyouwanttoaddorremoveitemsafterthe
    programhasstarted,youcanstoptheprogram
    bypressingandholdingtheDoorOpeningbutton
    (keysymbol)forthreeseconds.Whenyourestart
    themachine,addanyextradetergentneededand
    closethewasherdoor.Themachinecontinues
    automaticallyfromthepointwheretheprogram
    wasinterrupted.
    Stoppingorchangingaprogram
    Youcanstopaprogrambypressingthe
    Start/Stopbuttonforthreeseconds."Stop"
    appearsonthedisplay.Torestartthemachine,
    selectanewprogram,addanyextradetergent
    needed,andpresstheStart/Stopbutton.
    NOTE!
    Donotopenthedetergentcompartmentwhile
    themachineisrunning.

    Oncetheprogramhasfinished
    Onceaprogramhasfinished,"End"
    appearsonthedisplay.
    Thewasherdooropensautomaticallyoncethe
    programhasfinished.Ifyouwanttodeactivate
    theAutomaticDoorOpeningfunction,seethe
    "Selectingsettings"section.
    •Removethelaundry.
    •Turnoffthemainpowerswitchasthiswillsave
    energy.
    Ifyouhavesmallchildrenorpetsathome,close
    thewasherdooronceyouhaveremovedthe
    laundry.
    Backlighting
    Twominutesafterthewashprogramfinishesthe

    1.Presstheupordownarrowbuttonandselect"ExtrarinsesOn"forfiverinsesor"ExtrarinsesOff"for
    threerinses.
    2.PresstheDoorOpeningbuttononcetosavethesetting.
    Pre-soak
    Ifthelaundryisstained,suchaswithblood,werecommendapresoak.Thelaundrywillbesoakedin
    coldwaterfortwohoursbeforethewashprogramstarts.ThisoptioncannotbeusedwiththeTimeChoice,
    Wool,andDelicateprograms.
    1.PresstheupordownarrowbuttonuntilPresoakappearsinthemiddleofthedisplay.
    2.Presstheprogramselectoragain(thebigarrow)toaccesstheoptionsmenuontherightofthedisplay.
    3.PresstheupordownarrowbuttontoselectOfforOn.

    AntiWrinklefunction
    Thisoptionmeansthedrumwillrotateforthreesecondseachminutefortwohoursoncethewashprogram
    hasfinished.Thisfunctionpreventstheclothesfromlyinginthesamepositionandgettingwrinkled.
    Thisisausefulfeatureifyoucannottakethelaundryoutrightaway.

    2.Presstheprogramselectoragain(thebigarrow)toaccesstheoptionsmenuontherightofthedisplay.

    4.Presstheprogramselectortosaveyoursetting.
    5.Ifyoudonotwanttoselectanymoresettings,pressthearrowbuttondownuntilyoureachtheprogram
    youwant.
    SpinOption
    Ifyouhaveaproblemwithresonancefrequencieswhereyourmachineispositioned,trychangingthe
    SpinOptionsetting.Choosebetweenfourpresetoptions.
    Selectlanguage
    1.PresstheupordownarrowbuttonuntilLanguageappearsinthedisplay.
    2.Presstheprogramselectoragain(thebigarrow)toaccesstheoptionsmenuontherightofthedisplay.
    3.Presstheupordownarrowbuttonandchoosefrom:USenglish,English,Svenska,Dansk,Norsk,
    Suomea,Français,Deutsch,Italiano,Espanol,Русский,Nederlands.
    4.Presstheprogramselectortosaveyoursetting.
    5.Ifyoudonotwanttoselectanymoresettings,pressthearrowbuttondownuntilyoureachtheprogram
    youwant.

    collect.Tocleanthetrapandthedrainpump,do

    1.Makesurethemachineisemptyofwaterand
    switchedoffatthemainpowerswitch.
    2.Openthedoor.
    3.Unhookthedrainhosefromtheconnector
    insidethedooranddrainthewaterintoa
    suitablecontainer,suchasashallowbowl.
    4.Turnthecovercounter-clockwisetoopenthe
    pump.Removethecover.
    5.Removeanyitemsanddebrisfromthepump
    housingandcover.Alsocheckthatthepump
    impellersatthebackrotate.
    6.Screwonthecover,replacethedrainagehose
    onthehatchpin,andclosethehatch.
    Cleaningthedetergent
    compartment
    NOTE!
    Donotwashthedetergentcompartmentorthe
    insertinadishwasher!
    Openthedetergentcompartmentandremovethe
    insert.Rinsetheinsertandscrubitcleanwitha
    dishbrush.Wipeupanydetergentleftinsidethe
    detergentcompartment.Replacetheinsertinthe
    detergentcompartment.
    Cleaningtheoutsideofthemachine
    Cleantheoutsideofthemachineandtheprogram
    panelwithamildcleaner.Donotuseany
    solvents,asthesecandamagethemachine.
    NOTE!
    Donothosedownthemachinewithwater!
    Cleaningtheinsideofthemachine
    toavoidunpleasantsmells
    Moderndetergentsoftenallowlaundrytobe
    washedatlowtemperatures.Thismeansthat
    smalldepositscanbuildupinthemachine.These,
    inturn,mayleadtounpleasantodorsdeveloping.
    Toavoidthis,werecommendrunninga203°F
    (95°C)washprogramonceamonth.Whenyou
    dothis,useasmallquantityofdetergent.Itisnot
    necessarytoputanylaundryinthemachine.

    							Rinseholesunderthepaddle
    Ifyoususpectthatobjectssuchasnailsorpaper
    clipsmayhavefallenintothewashdrum,you
    shouldcheckthespaceunderthepaddles.Such
    objectscanrustandcausespotsonclothing.
    Nailsandothersharpobjectscancauseholesin
    fabrics.
    Doasfollows:
    1.Insertascrewdriverorsimilartoolintothehole
    onthepaddleasillustratedandcarefullypush
    totheleft.
    2.Useyourotherhandtograspthepaddleand
    pullittowardyou.
    3.Liftthepaddle.
    4.Removeanyobjects.
    5.Placethepaddleinthemountingholewiththe
    F-marktowardyou.Ensurethatallthepaddle
    fastenersareintheirholesinthedrum.Push
    itinuntilitcatches.
    Ifyouhavehardwater
    Ifyouliveinanareawithhardwater(high
    limescalecontent),agrayish-whitecoatingmay
    formonthewashdrum.Toremovethiscoating,
    pourapproximately20gram(1oz)ofcitricacid
    intothewashdrumandrunany203°F(95°C)
    program.Repeatifnecessary.

    Overfilling
    1.Shutoffthewatertap.
    2.See"Drainageerror".
    Drainageerror
    Check:
    •thatnoobjectsarestuckinthedrainagehose
    outlet.
    •thatthedrainpumpisnotblockedbyforeign
    objects.Cleanthepump.Seethe"Careand
    maintenanceinstructions"chapter.
    •thattherearenokinksinthedrainagehose.
    Aftertakingaction,runtheDrainprogramorpress
    theDoorOpeningbutton(keysymbol)toempty
    themachine.Ifthisdoesnotresolvetheproblem,
    calltheCustomerCareCenter.
    WaterInletFault
    Check:
    •thatthetaponthewaterpipeisopen.
    •thatthefilterinthemachine’swaterintakeis
    notblocked.
    Action:
    1.Shutoffthewatertap.
    2.Unscrewthehose.
    3.Cleanthefilterintheintakevalveonthe
    machine.
    4.Screwthehosebackon.
    5.Turnonthetap.
    6.Runtheprogramagaintocheckwhetherthe
