Carefully go over the following WARNINGS before ins tallation and keep this guide hand y. WARNINGS z This LED- LCD TV should be operated only at the correct power sources indicated on the\ label on the rear end of the LED-LCD T V. If you’re unsure of the power supply in your residence, consult your local dealer or power com pan y. z Do not try to re pair the LED-LCD TV yourself as it con tains no user-serviceable par ts. The LED-LCD TV should only be re paired by a qualified technician. z Do not remove the LED-LCD TV cabinet. There is high-vol tage par ts inside that may cause electric shock. even when the power cord is disconnected . z S top using the LED-LCD TV if the cabinet is damaged. Have it checked by a service technician. z Put your LED-LCD TV only in a clean, dry environment. 2 4 CARE AND MAIN TENANCE Care A void expos ing your LED-LCD TV directly to sunlight or other heat sourc e. Place your LED-LCD TV away from the sun to reduce glare. Put your LED-LCD TV in a well ventilated area. Do not place anything heavy on top of your LED-LCD TV. Mak e cer tain your LED-LCD TV is ins talled in a clean and moisture-f ree area. Keep your LED-LCD TV away from magne ts, mot ors, transformers, speak ers, and TV se ts . Safety T ip s If smoke, abnormal noise or odor came out of your LED-LCD T V, remove the power cord immediately and call your service center. CAUTION-Never remove the rear cover of your LED-LCD TV cabinet. The display unit inside cont ains high-volt age parts and may cause electric shock to human bodies. Never try to repa ir your LED-LCD TV yourself. Always call your service center or a qualified t ec hnic ian to fix it . TR OUBLESHOOTIN G No pow er Make sure A/C power cord is securely connected. Plug anot her electric al dev ice int o the power outlet to verify that the outlet is supply ing proper volt age. Pow er on but no screen image M ak e sur e the video cable supplied with the TV is tight ly secured to the video output port on back of video source (DVD, VCR…). If not, tight ly secure it. Adjust brightness. Make sure all signal cables are inst alled. W rong or abnormal colors If any colors (red, gr een, blue) are missing, check the video cable to mak e sure it is sec urely connected. Loose or broken pins in the cabl e connector could cause an improper connection. Connect the TV unit to another video source or use anot her TVs to mak e sure the video source was not causing the problem. English
