Procedure
1Turn off the main power switch at the 
rear of the projector. (p.9)
2After the lamp has cooled down 
sufficiently, open the lamp cover.
After the cool-down period has finished, it takes 
approximately a further 30 minutes for the lamp 
to be cool enough.
Use the screwdriver that is provided with the 
replacement lamp to slide the lamp cover opening 
switch so that the lamp cover lifts up. Clasp the 
lifted-up portion of the lamp cover with your 
fingers and slide the cover...

Install the new lamp.
Hold the lamp so that it faces the correct way to 
fit into the projector, and then insert the lamp 
until it clicks into place and tighten the two fixing 
screws.

Install the lamp cover.
Close the lamp cover, slide it toward the rear of 
the projector, and then push the front part 
downward until it clicks into place.
The projector has a built-in counter which keeps track of the lamp operating time. When the cumulative 
operating time reaches a certain point, it...

3Reset the lamp operating time.
Select “Yes”, and then press the   on either the 
projectors control panel or the remote control.
Procedure

the projector, and then disconnect the

2Put your finger into the recess in the air 
filter hook, and lift up the air filter to 
remove it.
Be sure to keep the projector standing up while 
working in order to stop foreign particles from 
the air filter getting inside the projector.
