21 CARE AND MAINTENANCE Before any cleaning or maintenance operation, unplug the appliance from the mains or disconnect the electrical power supply. Clean the interior periodically with a sponge soaked in warm water and/or neutral detergent. Do not use abrasive substances. Rinse the interior and dry thoroughly.
