The date and time is wrong. The date set has disappeared.Cause The card is facing the wrong way. The battery is running low. ViviCam 3945s malfunction. The correct date and time is not set. The battery is removed with the power still on.Solution Load correctly. Recharge or use the AC power adapter. Turn the power off and remove the battery once, and try again. Set the correct date and time. Set the date and time again. Symptom Cannot download images. Cannot access TIFF file format. PC connection failure.Cause The free space on the hard disk in your computer may be insufficient. No power supply. The USB driver is not installed (for Windows 98/ 98SE). Your application is not supported TIFF file format captured by this ViviCam 3945s. USB 2.0 is not compatible with your computer.Solution Check whether the hard disk has a space for running Windows, and if the drive for loading image files has a capacity at least that of the memory card inserted in the ViviCam 3945s. Recharge the battery or use the AC power adapter or turn the power on. Install USB driver. Only use the supplied application that bundled with CD-ROM.
