35Troubleshooting: If you experience difficulty with your camera, check the following - 1. No Power The batteries are depleted, or battery polarities are • Vivicam 355 Digital Camera’s installation CD includes an “auto-check” program to detect if your PC has any software conflicts between other devices and the camera. If the “auto-checker” detects existence of software conflicts, it will recommend and guide the user to download updated drivers from appropriate website to solve the conflict problem.• If you cannot download the driver try the following procedures:1. Insert the Vivicam 355 Digital Camera installation CD into the CD-ROM drive2. Look for the file “recover.bat” stored on the CD3. Double-click the file to initiate the recovering process4. Restart your computer5. Install the camera driver again
