FIRMWARE UPGRADE
To upgrade the firmware on the ND4210w, clickAdministration > Firmware. The screen shown below 
appears. Click Browse to open the firmware file > click Start upgrade.

HELP
STATUS
Status refers to the log where you can track activity on a specific ND4210w. To show the Status
log, click Help > Status. The screen shown below is for information only (no inputs).

LICENSE
To activate the license on the ND4210w, click Help > License. The License Key may appear 
automatically in the screen shown below (read-only).

SERIAL NUMBER
The Serial Number screen allows you to enter the Serial Number of the product. Click Help > Serial 
number. The screen shown below appears. Once entered, the information cannot be changed.
1. Look at the back of the device and record the Serial Number of the product.
2. In the Serial Number field, type the Serial Number > click Apply.
