Recording 54Timer recording Stopping the timer recording After the timer recording has started, you can cancel the timer record- ing (but continue recording), or stop recording completely if you want. To cancel the timer recording, press TIMER REC. The timer indicator “ ” disappears from the display and recording continues. Press STOP to stop recording completely. You will find this function of great advantage on long programs, as you do not have to wait for the end of recording to be- gin playback. Editing the disc 56Editing the disc Title List When the content is recorded, a title name that includes the date, time, channel number and other information is created automatically. The Title List can be used when you playback after confirming the con- tents (see page 30), or when you check the contents recorded on the disc. Title The titles will be added with every recording.
