A metallic cold water pipe usually provides a reliable ground. Carefully check that the pipe does not contain insulated joints that could isolate the ground path. Any 19”open rack can be used. 2. After placing the rack on a flat floor, attach the Cabinet to the rack using provided BRK with bolts and nuts on both sides as shown inFigure 3-7. Ring Generator Unit Installation 3-13 Chapter 3 - System Installation Ring Generator Unit Installation The Ring Generator Unit (RGU3) is needed if a SLIB is to be installed in a Cabinet.
