27Replacing the Lamp Others Replacing the Lamp Replace the lamp with a new one if a message displayed on the projected image or the LAMP/ COVER indicator notifies you to replace the lamp (pages 23, 24). Use an LMP-E211 projector lamp (not supplied) for replacement. The lamp remains hot after the projector is turned off. If you touch the lamp, you may burn your finger. When you replace the lamp, wait for at least an hour after turning off the projector for the lamp to cool sufficiently. Do not...

If the dust cannot be removed from the air filter even after cleaning, replace the air filter with a new one. For details on a new air filter, consult with qualified Sony personnel.
