User name list in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
Tip
If you have never performed a HotSync® operation with your new CLIÉ handheld, 
select Users from the Tools menu. Click New in the  Users screen and enter a new 
user name.

Note on performing a HotSync® operation on another 
CLIÉ handheld
When using another CLIÉ handheld, in stall (overwrite) the Palm™ Desktop 
for CLIÉ software that is supplied wi th the newly purchased CLIÉ handheld 
without deleting the  Palm™ Desktop for CLIÉ soft ware that is being used, 
from your computer.
The new Palm™ Desktop for CL IÉ software will be installed after uninstalling 
the old software...
